Subtle Differences, Sizable Price Differences

Did you notice the difference between the luxury house plans options A & B above?

If you didn't, please take a second look.

One difference that should be obvious is that the owner of option B seeks to take family activities, like what happens in the kitchen and dinning, away from the view of the visitor.

Guests who are invited to the dinning area on the first floor are those who stay overnight. And after dinner, they are sent downstairs . . . two floors from the family.

Even in cases where the family have more than one visitor, the visitors cannot go beyond the first floor.

The differences between the two luxury house plans may be called 'subtle differences', but a home builder can tell you that the difference in catch between the two luxury home plans may not be subtle, depending on whether you're using local or imported materials.

Another thing.

As subtle as the difference may be, it may actually appeal to different markets.
